Over the years, I’ve experimented with many diets—vegetarian, high-protein, low-carb, you name it. My reasons were rooted in health, vitality, and avoiding toxins, but my journey eventually led me to discover the profound joy of eating everything in moderation.
When I was younger, I embraced vegetarianism and carried this lifestyle into my university days in Toronto.
