My 10 Daily Mantras

1. Surrender to the Divine: Every day when I wake up, I say a surrender prayer to God. I tell Him to take care of everything and thank Him for a great day ahead.

2. Self-Love Affirmation: I look in the mirror and tell myself, “You’re wonderful, Gina. You’re really, really wonderful, and I love you. What can I do for you today to make you happy?”

3. Trust in Divine Goodness: Everything is always working out for my good because God is in control and He loves me.

4. Acceptance: I accept myself and others as they are, embracing imperfections and differences with grace.

5. Belief in Possibilities: Everything is possible. There is nothing that is impossible when I trust in the divine and my own potential.

6. Cultivate Patience: I practice patience with myself and with others, understanding that growth and change take time.

7. Embrace All Feelings: I stop running from all feelings, especially the difficult ones. I stay with them, go into the dark tunnel, and face them head-on.

8. Release Emotions: I cry when I feel sad, allowing myself to release emotions and cleanse my spirit.

9. Don’t Take Things Personally: I never take anything personally, recognizing that others’ actions and words reflect their own struggles and perspectives.

10. Authenticity: I commit to being real with everyone, fostering genuine connections and living truthfully.
